perplx is an AI-powered development platform that generates web applications from natural language descriptions. We provide code generation, hosting, deployment, and related developer tools.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Polar. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

You agree not to use perplx to generate malicious software, violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

Code generated by perplx belongs to you. You retain full ownership and rights to all applications and code created using our platform. perplx retains rights to its platform, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

perplx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of perplx after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
